DELIVERY

If your item is in stock I will dispatch immediately. If an item is being made to order I aim to dispatch your item within 7 working days but I am usually much quicker.

PAYMENT

I do prefer Paypal as it's fast and secure and I can get your order sent out to you without delay. You can of course pay via cheque but please note that I do clear all cheques before goods are sent out, so remember to factor this time delay into your order, especially if you are ordering for birthdays. If you'd like to pay by cheque, please email me for payment details. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Post & Packing charges are calculated on weight so if you would like to place an order, contact me first to see how much postage will be. I can then give you a quote and if you are happy to proceed, I will send you a Paypal invoice for your order.

STORAGE OF SALT DOUGH DECORATIONS*

I recommend that after Christmas you store your salt dough decorations inside the small cellophane bag that they arrived in. Or, you could use some tissue paper or bubble wrap. Store in a dry place away from any source of moisture. The decorations are made from a salt dough base and must be kept dry whilst in storage. This way you can be sure that your decorations will last for many, many years to come. Stored inside an airtight box in a warm room would be ideal. I keep my own decorations in a strong, cardboard box which lives on the top of a wardrobe ...... (the back of a damp garage in an mouldy, old cardboard box would be just about the worst place I could think of!) ......REMEMBER - Moisture is the enemy of salt dough! Keep them safe and dry and you'll be enjoying them for years. *Salt dough decorations are being phased out and replaced with clay over the coming year.

PROBLEMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hope that you won't have any problems! ... but ... I am realistic enough to understand that on rare occasions, problems can arise. I am absolutely committed to customer care and satisfaction and want to help. If you're not happy, then I am not either. I  know how it can feel to be "fobbed off" and as such, I will always put your satisfaction first. So whatever has gone wrong ... whether it be Rudolph's nose that has gone missing in transit or... anything else!... please let me know straight away so that I can start to put things right. Please contact me using the details in the "Get In Touch" section. Email or telephone me and I will do my very best to solve the problem.

RETURNS

I accept returns for faulty/damaged items only and will issue you with either a replacement item or a full refund when you return the faulty/damaged item back to me.  I will also refund the return postage if the item is faulty or damaged. I cannot accept returns for personalised goods if there is no damage or you have just had a change of mind.
